4. Service Fees4.1. Purchases and Payments All Users may have access to ZehiTech for free with any of our Free Plan. The Free Plan may allow certain benefits. When published, websites created with the Free Plan have a random https://zehitech.com subdomain and contain ZehiTech branding.You can also buy a Paid subscription for ZehiTech, which allows connecting a custom domain name, analytics and marketing tools, SSL-certificate, and removing ZehiTech branding.Fees for ZehiTech Services are firm and do not contain any hidden fees. If your bank account or account in the payment system of your choice has been debited with the amount higher than the fee listed on the Website, the difference might be the result of transaction fees or other fees required by your bank or payment system. You hereby agree that ZehiTech isn't in any way responsible or liable for additional fees arising from the use of bank or payment systems services. Thus, in case of any deficiencies in the payment amount, please contact your bank or payment system.Once your payment is confirmed, you will get a payment confirmation stating the amount due as well as all the details of your purchase. A formal invoice form may be issued only on demand.Apart from that, you may be sent any kind of payment confirmation by your bank or payment system. All the prices for Paid Services are listed in U.S. Dollars or any other currency we may choose from time to time.4.2. Taxes All fees listed at ZehiTech don't include any applicable federal, national, local or other taxes. All applicable taxes will be added to the fees for requested Services and will be indicated in the invoice you are to receive upon confirmation of payment for a certain Paid Service.4.3. Pro Subscription Auto-Renewals To provide you with an uninterrupted and flawless experience with the Paid Account, we use automatic renewals of subscription for our Services. Thus, you will be charged the applicable Fee for our Services for a renewal period equal to the original subscription period for such Services through the same payment method you have used in making the original payment.For example, if your original subscription period is one month, each renewal period will be equal to one month. If you don't cancel the subscription for ZehiTech Services, ZehiTech will automatically renew the subscription and charge all the next applicable Fees when the period of a previous subscription ends.4.4. Refund Policy If you are not satisfied with the quality of ZehiTech paid services for any reason, you may claim your money back within fourteen (14) days since the day of your purchase.If ZehiTech has bought a domain name for you as part of the subscription plan and you claim a refund, ZehiTech reserves the right to deduct the domain price from the refund amount. You may also request to keep a domain name that ZehiTech has bought for you, on demand. Please state your intention to keep such a domain name while asking for a refund.If ZehiTech has performed any other services including but not limited to SEO, Designs, Trainings, Social Media Management, and you claim a refund, ZehiTech reserves the right to deduct the charges or fees for such services from the refund amount.This provision does not apply to the following cases: (a) if you've failed to comply with our Content Guidelines, referred to in paragraph 2.1 above, or have been accused of breaking any laws with your content; (b) if you have purchased Third Party Services subject solely to Third-Party Terms and Conditions, which waive ZehiTech of any obligations or liabilities.4.5. Fees Change ZehiTech fees and pricing may be changed at any time without notice and such fees will be made available on our website, or our marketing materials and promotions and you will be deemed to have been informed on your next visit to our website or if informed through email. Any fees and charges levied on your Account are not refundable, unless otherwise stated. The new fees may apply on next purchases and/or subscription renewals. If you do not accept such changes, you may discontinue the subscription at any time, by contacting ZehiTech.
5. Cancellation Policy5.1. Users' Cancellation You may delete your ZehiTech Account or cancel a Paid Subscription at any time by contacting us. Account cancellation will take effect within one (1) working day. All the Data, including but not limited to your web site's design, content, structure, templates, and databases will be stored on ZehiTech servers for a period of ninety (90) days after cancellation. This period allows restoring the web site in case of its accidental deletion or false cancellation.5.2. ZehiTech Suspension ZehiTech may suspend any Account suspected of violating these Terms of Use or current legislation in any country. You may contact ZehiTech support if you believe your Account has been falsely suspended.
6. Third-Party ServicesZehiTech may provide access to third-party services (such as domain name registrars, web applications, webmail clients, etc.) as a convenience for you. Your relationship with such Third-Party Services is solely between you and such third-party service provider. You agree that ZehiTech is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage caused by or in connection with the use of such third-party service. We have no control over the practices and content of any such Third-Party Services, and their use is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent allowed by law, ZehiTech, its partners, associates, and affiliates are not liable for any damage (including but not limited to indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive) arising from your use or inability to use ZehiTech, our services, or any third-party content.
